The living room is spacious and airy due to the high ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with first-class appliances such as a double door fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher. Adjacent is a utility room with lots of extra cupboard space and a washing machine and dryer.
The sliding glass doors easily integrate indoor and outdoor living. The covered porch is equipped with an electric vertical awning. From the porch you have a beautiful view over the ocean. In total there is 225 M2 outdoor living with a swimming pool and gazebo. To keep your car(s) in perfect condition, a separate carport with storage completes the picture.
The villa further contains two identical master suites (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor), each with patio doors to the balcony/porch, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. The first floor also has a spacious balcony with a great view and can enjoy the sunset!
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Because the weather on Curaçao is always good, the golf course is open all year round. The course has a beautiful driving range and putting green, a pro-shop with an extensive range and a beautiful clubhouse in the monumental "Landhuis Blaauw".
